PROFILE
James A. Bowey has covered many of the major news stories of the last fifteen years, from the war in Bosnia to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. He is the Chief Photographer/Photo Editor of the Winona Daily News and Adjunct Professor of Visual Communications at Winona State University in Winona, Minn. His photography appears in a variety of national and international publications.
